Pattern Work is 1:1 clinical support — a terrain reading, consultation, and protocol built directly with a Master Clinical Herbalist and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, for the deep patterns that need more than self-directed care to actually shift. Pattern work also addresses the ways you have adapted to your environments throughout life, resulting in the health you have today.

03. Return to the Body
