  • While both pathways include recipes and meal planning guides, The Nutrition & Supplement focused option focuses on retraining your mind and body to eat healthier foods, and to create a schedule for your meals so that your body finds rhythm for better metabolism, digestion, and overall balance.

    The Herbal Medicine focused option still gives you the recipes and meal planning guidance, but targets the organs for deeper cleansing and detoxification.

  • YES! We highly recommend starting with the Nutritional pathway, which can be repeated for as few or as many months are desired following your initial 30 days.

    After completing your initial 30 days, you can move to the Herbal Medicine focused pathway for even deeper cleansing and healing. Because you’ll already be in a rhythm with your nutritional products, you can keep any of these in your daily regimen for balanced meals, especially if you are seeking weight loss.

    Remember, it can take months or years for your body to manifest a condition, illness, or symptoms, and it needs time to heal.
